5 Stars and Best of the Best Wines By Variety – Awarded to Mainbreak Sauvignon Blanc Semillon 2009. “Not in the least flamboyant, and has an attractive precision to its bouquet and palate that earned it a gold medal at the Qantas WA Wine Show ‘09; the citrus and grass flavours drive a long palate and clean finish. 94 points.”

4.5 Stars – Awarded to Mainbreak Cabernet Merlot 2008. “Good colour; an effusive bouquet of black fruits, spice and herbs leads into a palate full of thrust and vigour to its mix of black and red fruits plus savoury nuances. Gold Medal Hobart International Wine Show ‘09. 92 points”

Hey this was the first show we entered and we get a gold medal straight up. Well we’re thrilled and we hope you will be too by this first class wine. Now we can say it doesn’t just have a pretty face but its a serious drink too.
