    Aromas of bright raspberry/cherry and leafy Cabernet fruitare apparent on opening. Cedar and vanillan oak nuances sit atop this fruit to give a nicely balance and integrated aromatic profile.

  • Palate:

    Firm black cherry/mulberry and cassis flavours are found in a tightly woven palate supported by soft fine grained tannins. Decant before serving.

    55% Cabernet Sauvignon, 40% Merlot and 5% Shiraz sourced from the Five Ashes Vineyard, Margaret River

    100% Barrel matured in French oak
